The returned goods/products will be checked together  with the receipt. The products should be in a good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition  as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any replacement . Leong hardware trading will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their in store credit within 5 Days after the confirmation. There is no cash refund. If you have called our store and placed an order for custom made as per your specification then those items are not refundable.
